I feel like I picked this story apart but it is what it is.Createspace Independent Publishing Platform
Maybe I will change this review after the last 5 or so hours, it’s not like I am going to stop this far in. It could have been a hot sexy story but there’s no chemistry and very little Shane. And the ex.AGAIN? The last sex scene was really strange, their disagreements were actually disturbing, rudely and verbally aggressive. The brother Edward was a pain in the neck. “A giant golden uterus”?!?! WTF? What’s going on with other characters in the story? The brother’s wife was a little predictable. How is this guy with this huge appendage taking this woman’s virginity and it’s unknown or maybe unseen aftermath and she is totally unfazed, going at it with no issues? What’s up with her having to go over such deep explanation as to why he can’t meet his ex? Why did the FMC seem like a Mary Poppins prude but is irritatingly needy? She felt manipulative, I mean what a useless arguments. There may be some spoilers here but my gosh. Honestly, I do but I have some major issues here and I’m over 9 hours in.
Wild, handsome players don’t fall for innocent girls like me. You can outrun everything.except your past. The man’s a fool, his list was some of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever read. Reason three - I have a size 13 shoe - you do the math. I was expecting a suave and intelligent list. Then, he sent me an email listing 30 reasons why I should go on a date with him. He was sarcastic and witty, and damn, if he wasn’t the sexiest bastard I ever laid eyes on. You can imagine my surprise when I saw familiar blue eyes across the table opposite my friend. Our third meeting, I went on a double blind date.
Our second meeting ended in a huge fight with me kicking him out. Our first meeting was at a wedding, where he followed me outside and kissed me. The way he looked at me sent shivers down my spine. He was gorgeous, older, and had the worst reputation in all of England.
